Sharkscope Desktop Full Review
This is a discussion on Does anyone know why sharkscope doesn't track spin and goes? Within the online poker forums, in the Poker Rooms section; I've been doing well in the $10 games recnetly but.
The Sharkscope Desktop has many NEW features like combining fully functional Hand Tracker stats with SharkScope stats. It works with multiple sites and also supports ring games. It also adds many different tournament flags to your local hand tracker database and can configure different SharkScope filters.
Whichever you think is best, the Hand Tracker, the SharkScope stats or both, either of these will increase your profit in tournaments. Just knowing that the under-the-gun raiser is a fish and you can comfortably re-raise with A-Qs is awesome, but it's finding the shark that is really the most useful feature of the HUD.
If you can immediately identify the sharks at your table, you know who to steal blinds from (sharks tend to be tighter and easier to steal from) and how to avoid playing pots with. If the shark raises, you can easily fold most hands that might be playable otherwise, saving you from getting your chips in the middle when you are behind.
Sharkscope Poker
Another key feature is the SharkScope Sync that monitors all the games you play to ensure they are all tracked by SharkScope itself, guaranteeing your statistics are always 100% correct.
The Sharkscope Desktop is very easy on your processor, using almost no processing power and causing no problems on a typical machine, even while using it on many tables or many sites at a time. Many players are finding that a Hand Tracker for stats and the SharkScope icons/stats from the Sharkscope Desktop are a lethal combination, and now you get both from the SharkScope Desktop.

Sharkscope is a website that has been around for a number of years and it tracks all sit and go and tournament histories throughout the life of a poker player on a poker site. Sharkscope is very useful when you are sitting at tables with unfamiliar players or you just want to check out your own personal statistics. The reason it is useful is because you can see a poker player’s history or your own history, and you can use the player’s history to determine what type of player they are; fish or shark. Sharkscope is the best sit and go and poker tournament online tracking site out there today.
How to Use Sharkscope
The site has an ease of operation that all players can figure out in a matter of minutes and was recently upgraded to make it even easier to use. Basically, how it works is you type in the player name where it says “Player Search” and you choose the website which you choose to search from under the next tab over which is “All Networks.” The next tab relates to which games you would like to track, whether it is sit and goes, tournaments, or you could search “All Games” for the total poker player’s history.
There are almost one hundred poker sites and things you can search on Sharkscope, so you should find the website you are looking for without a problem. Also, you can search player’s live events results to see what that player has done in the live arena. Sharkscope remains to be the best site out there to track results for sit and goes and tournaments, and you should always look here before anywhere else.

Positive and Negatives of Sharkscope/Getting Staked
When a backer for online poker games looks to find new players to back or stake they will almost always look over a poker player’s results on Sharkscope to make a final determination about if they feel the player is capable or not of winning in the long run. This can be a positive aspect for some players and a negative aspect for other player’s for obvious reasons. If you have had solid results over a decent amount of games, you can get staked much easier than if you had poor results over a decent amount of games played. If you have tons of good results in online poker games on a number of different sites, you will see how great and useful a site like Sharkscope can be to you.
Graphs/Analyzing Data
When you search a poker player’s name it will bring up the name of the player, the site they are playing poker on, how many games they have played, average profit per game, average stake, average ROI, total profit, and the ability of the player. Even the best players out there today don’t have a huge ROI or average profit per game. The more volume you have in your games played, the lower those numbers will be, and with the way the game has changed over the past few years, ROI’s are often around 3-10% for even the best players out there. These numbers will give you a perspective of how a player deals with downswings, and what stakes they frequently play online.

All of the information on Sharkscope is incredibly useful, but mainly it comes down to total profit. If you are looking to get backed, the backer will want to know how much money you have made playing poker and how comfortable you felt when playing bigger stakes. Some players do well at low stakes and it never translates to big wins or any success at the higher tiers for whatever reason. If you use Sharkscope frequently you will find out the tendencies of a player, so you have a greater understanding of their poker playing career.
